I create custom portraits that are hand painted in Procreate. You have the option for receiving it as a digital file, which you can use to print at your convenience. For an additional cost, I can also have the painting printed on fine art matte paper or canvas.

These portraits are a perfect way to show off how much your loved one's plush toy means to them! Some of these lovies are practically family members! They also make a perfect gift to memorialize such an important object. These stuffie portraits are great for any occasion - birthdays, holidays, or just as a thoughtful gesture to show your love.

Preorder

Please preorder your portrait(s). The approximate wait time is up to 4 weeks before I reach your order. If you need the portrait(s) sooner, please let me know and we can work on a rush order for an extra fee that will ensure you get to the front of the line and have a faster turnaround.

When I reach your order, I'll message you directly to get the process started. I will need a few photos of the stuffed animal, and we'll work together to pick a suitable one. 

Turnaround Time

My turnaround time after I reach your order is up to a 2 weeks. If you need the portrait(s) sooner, please let me know and we can work on a rush order for an extra fee. The rush order ensures you get to the front of the line and have a faster turnaround.

Each portrait takes several hours to paint, and it will be approved by you before we decide on digital or physical delivery. 

If you choose physical delivery, it will take an additional 1-2 weeks for fulfillment.

Number of Subjects

Each subject is based off of one photo, and will not be a hybrid of different photos (i.e. combing the eyes from one and the nose from another).

For multiple subjects, it may be possible to work off of one photo with the subjects together, depending on the quality of the image and poses.   

What Is Included

This preorder is for a digital painting, with a hard copy print on paper or canvas available for additional cost.

The sizes of physical prints are organized into small, medium, large, and extra large based on the shortest edge. You are free to choose what size you like within the ranges.

Small: 8-11 inches

Medium: 12-15 inches

Large: 16-23 inches

Extra Large: 24+ inches

Background

As default, all portraits will have a solid white or single color background.

If you wish to add a full background to your portrait an additional $50 fee will be incurred.

If the background desired is complex, an additional charge may be required.

Edits

Portraits will be painted off of 1 reference per subject. I can make small edits to the portrait, such as taking out a collar. 

If you have any special requests, please provide me with additional reference pictures to explain your request and I can provide a mock-up for you. If the additional items added to the portrait are significant, an additional fee may be incurred.

After the portrait is done, I can make up to 5 major edits. Any more edits will require an additional fee.

Options

Paintings can be delivered as: (1) a digital file; (2) a print on fine art matte paper; or (3) a print on canvas.

Shipping and Packaging

Once completed, the digital painting will be delivered via email as a high resolution digital file.

If you choose to have the painting printed on paper or canvas, it will be shipped in a carefully packed cardboard tube/box.

10% Discount for Additional Portraits

If you purchase 2 or more preorders, the additional portraits are 10% off. Discount is automatically taken off at checkout. 

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind, you may cancel your preorder at any time up until I reach your preorder.

I will refund 96% of your order cost, due to 4% in nonrefundable transaction fees.

Disclaimers and Agreement

Due to the hand painted nature of these portraits, there will be some imperfections.

Artwork copyrights are retained by the Artist (me) and I retain the rights to reproduce the art in the future as well as use the final product for promotion.
